This is the most critical, and the heaviest, panel. Unlike the other panels, the interior studs are at 400mm intervals instead of 600 inch intervals. Once you've put together the basic frame, square it and skin it with sturdy (>13mm) plywood.
Set aside an extra pair of 2400mm studs to accompany the floor. These studs, applied in the field, will act as runners, providing extra stiffness and support.
